Berenberg: Grayscale's victory increases the likelihood of the SEC approving spot Bitcoin ETF applications
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, German investment bank Berenberg stated in a research report that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is likely to present new reasons for denial in order to justify delaying the spot Bitcoin ETF applications.
In addition, the Berenberg analyst team stated that Grayscale's victory may increase the likelihood that the "SEC will ultimately approve one or more spot Bitcoin ETF applications."
