ChainCatcher news, HashKey Exchange announced that its platform has updated the terms of business for professional investors, trading rules, account opening, and all rules related to trading, effective from August 23, 2023. If users continue to hold an account with HashKey Exchange after this date and continue to use the account, they must agree to comply with these rules and terms. The updated rules and terms mainly include: HashKey PRO has been renamed to HashKey Exchange, adjustments have been made according to the relevant rules and terms published by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission in the "Guidelines for Virtual Asset Trading Platform Operators," and approval has been obtained from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide virtual asset trading services to retail users, updating the terms of business for professional investors to investor terms, etc.
