Taiko announces the first round of grant program: grants will be issued in Taiko tokens, accounting for 0.2% of the total supply

ChainCatcher news, Layer2 general-purpose ZK Rollup network Taiko recently launched its first round of community grant program, which will close for applications on August 31, and the final list will be announced within two weeks after the deadline.

In addition, Taiko officials mentioned that all grants will be distributed in the form of Taiko tokens, with the first round of funding amounting to 0.2% of the total token supply. It is reported that Taiko is a Layer2 Ethereum scaling solution, building the world's first Ethereum-equivalent ZK Rollup to scale Ethereum as closely as possible in both technology and ideology. Taiko's permissionless design maximizes security, while compatibility with all Ethereum tools and code ensures a smooth development experience.
