SBF pleads not guilty to fraud and money laundering charges

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) pleaded not guilty to fraud and money laundering charges related to last year's FTX collapse during his court appearance on Tuesday. SBF was arraigned in the Southern District of New York, following a new indictment that accused him of using customer funds for various activities ranging from purchasing personal real estate to political donations. Prosecutors requested the court to order SBF's defense team to share more information regarding his proposed "advice of counsel" defense.
