OKX Global Chief Business Officer Lennix: MPC wallets can better address the single point of risk associated with private keys
ChainCatcher news, OKX Global Chief Business Officer Lennix tweeted regarding the incident of "input methods posing a risk of leaking Web3 user privacy data," stating that users face different risks when using electronic products and applications, which may lead to the loss of mnemonic phrases or private keys. Although there are ways to address these issues, once a mnemonic phrase/private key is generated, it inherently carries a single point of risk, and it can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
In Lennix's view, the best way to address the single point of risk associated with mnemonic phrases/private keys is to control the risk from the source. He recommends that users choose OKX MPC keyless wallets, which are designed to avoid the risk of private key leakage. This is currently the industry's first 2/3 multi-chain keyless wallet and is a completely decentralized, non-custodial wallet. It not only avoids the possibility of user private key leakage but also achieves transparent and verifiable calculations and storage of user private key fragments through open-source algorithms.
