ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the interoperability protocol Rarimo has launched a "Proof of Humanity" plugin to help blockchain-driven applications distinguish real-life human users from AI bots. The plugin prompts users to prove they are human before accessing digital identity providers Unstoppable Domains, Gitcoin Passport, and Civic.
Rarimo stated, "With the rise of artificial intelligence, the abuse of spam and bots in web3 dApps and services is increasing, making proof of humanity solutions essential for establishing the trust needed for the success of digital spaces and communities."
