According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Decrypt, the Bitcoin Legal Defense Fund has submitted a preliminary question application to the High Court of England, stating that "Craig Wright" lacks evidence to prove that he truly owns the claimed lost 111,000 Bitcoins, and if he is indeed the owner, it would amount to admitting that he stole 80,000 BTC worth approximately $2 billion. "If Craig Wright is the owner of the Bitcoins in the address starting with 1Feex, he has effectively admitted to being the person who stole 80,000 BTC from Mt. Gox, because the widely accepted view in the cryptocurrency community is that the Bitcoins stored in the address starting with 1Feex originated from the hacking incident at Mt. Gox in March 2014."
