SkyBridge Capital writes to the SEC, seeking early approval for a Bitcoin spot ETF
ChainCatcher news, Anthony Scaramucci, founder of SkyBridge Capital, stated on his social platform that SkyBridge Capital has written to the SEC, hoping for the prompt approval of the Bitcoin spot ETF. SkyBridge Capital believes that the supervisory sharing agreement executed in cooperation with Coinbase adequately addresses concerns about market manipulation, and therefore hopes the SEC will approve the Bitcoin spot ETF soon.
In addition, the letter also rejected Grayscale's statement that "all Bitcoin spot ETF applications should be approved simultaneously," indicating that approvals should be granted in the order of submission.
