ChainCatcher news reports that during the "Plurality Taipei" event in Taiwan, Vitalik Buterin discussed the definition of plurality, decentralized identity, the practice of plurality in on-chain communities, and in-depth topics such as Worldcoin with Taiwan's Digital Development Minister Audrey Tang. In addition, Minister Tang revealed that Vitalik has obtained the qualification for Taiwan's Employment Gold Card.

It is reported that the Employment Gold Card in Taiwan is a document that combines four permits: work permit, residence visa, foreign resident certificate, and re-entry permit. The validity period of the Employment Gold Card is 1 to 3 years, providing eligible foreign talents with the convenience to freely seek employment, work, and change jobs during the validity period.
