Offchain Labs launches the permissionless verification protocol BoLD
ChainCatcher news, the Arbitrum development team Offchain Labs has released a new verification protocol called Bounded Liquidity Delay (BoLD), which enables permissionless verification on Arbitrum.
Ed Felten, co-founder and chief scientist of Offchain Labs, stated that the introduction of BoLD will eliminate the risk of delay attacks in this process, allowing anyone to become a validator without worrying about fraudulent activities. Offchain Labs plans to gradually release guidelines for running a test network with BoLD, and in the future, developers will be able to choose to use BoLD on their stable test networks.
