Data: Gas consumption in the NFT market on Ethereum hits a nearly two-year low
ChainCatcher message, according to Glassnode data, the Gas consumption of the Ethereum network's NFT market has dropped to levels not seen since June 2021. Currently, trading activity on NFT markets such as OpenSea, Blur, LooksRare, Rarible, and SuperRare accounts for only 1.85% of the total Gas usage on the Ethereum network. In January 2022, trading on OpenSea alone accounted for 28.69% of the total Gas consumption on Ethereum.
