Ayre Group acquired a controlling stake in nChain and assets such as intellectual property licenses for 500 million Swiss francs
ChainCatcher news, Ayre Group has signed an agreement with BSV protocol developer nChain. This deal will be the largest corporate blockchain intellectual property investment to date, with a total investment of up to 500 million Swiss francs (approximately 570 million USD), including acquiring a controlling stake in the company, credit lines, and intellectual property licenses.
nChain is the developer of Bitcoin SV node software and also develops blockchain software such as Teranode and LiteClient. Currently, the company holds nearly 800 technology patents, with over 3,000 patents pending approval.
