ChainSafe launches new cross-chain security solution Zipline Casper
ChainCatcher news, Web3 infrastructure company ChainSafe has announced the launch of a new cross-chain security solution, the Zipline Casper prototype.
It is reported that Zipline Casper is an Optimistic-based, trust-minimized, cross-chain block header oracle. It allows anyone to fetch block headers from chains using the Casper finality protocol (such as Ethereum/Gnosis) and submit them on another EVM chain, while ensuring that headers from the original chain that are not finalized will ultimately be rejected on the target chain.
ChainSafe plans to have a simplified version of Zipline ready by the end of 2023, and also intends for it to be a core component of the upcoming Sygma cross-chain product.
