Caroline Ellison, the former CEO of Alameda Research, admitted to fraud charges related to the collapse of FTX and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors in the SBF case. The prosecutors are requesting the judge to issue an order to limit the out-of-court statements of the parties and witnesses that may interfere with the fair trial of an impartial jury.
