ChainCatcher news, the open social application Damus based on the Nostr protocol announced on Wednesday that the zaps feature has been approved to continue being listed on the Apple App Store. The new version of Damus will no longer support the use of the zaps feature in posts (Apple considers this equivalent to selling digital content), but it will still allow users to tip each other on their profiles.

Previous news, Damus founder William Casarin tweeted that the Apple App Store would remove Damus on Tuesday due to its violation of Apple's in-app purchase rules. (Source link)
