ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg citing informed sources, the liquidators of Three Arrows Capital are seeking to recover $1.3 billion from the fund's founders.

Three Arrows Capital co-founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies are accused of causing 3AC to take on significant leverage during the period from May to June 2022, after 3AC had already suffered massive losses on Luna tokens and other investments. The liquidators believe that the company is insolvent, and they are now taking action against Su Zhu and Kyle Davies in the British Virgin Islands court to recover these losses for the company's creditors.

The attorneys for Zhu Su and Kyle Davies did not respond to requests for comment. (Source link)
