BitGo announces the termination of its acquisition of Prime Trust
ChainCatcher news, cryptocurrency custody company BitGo announced its withdrawal from the tentative agreement to acquire Prime Trust. Industry insiders pointed out that Prime Trust's deposit issues have persisted, undermining the completion of the acquisition.
Previously, BitGo announced that it had signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire 100% of the equity of Prime Trust's parent company, Prime Core Technologies. (Source link)
