ChainCatcher news, in the case of forged passports being heard by the Podgorica District Court in Montenegro, Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon stated that his Costa Rican passport was obtained through a Singapore agency recommended by a friend, while the Belgian passport was obtained through another agency.

He claimed that he was approved for the Costa Rican passport after being denied the application for a Grenada passport. Do Kwon stated, "If I suspected that was a fake passport, I wouldn't have traveled to many countries."

The prosecutor stated, "This is not a passport issued by a legitimate agency, the name on the Belgian passport is different, and the birth date is also different. It is clear that the passport was maliciously created, and we request appropriate punishment for him."

After the debate between both parties concluded, the judge announced that a ruling would be made on June 19 at 2 PM. (source link)
