Mango Markets attackers will face criminal trial on December 4
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, U.S. District Judge Richard Berman announced that a criminal trial for Mango Markets attacker Avraham Eisenberg will take place on December 4, with charges including commodity fraud, manipulation of commodity prices, and wire fraud. Avraham Eisenberg has pleaded not guilty.
Previous report, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) accused decentralized trading market Mango Market developer Avraham Eisenberg of stealing $116 million by manipulating the price of the MNGO token. (Bloomberg)
