ChainCatcher news, the EU Crypto Assets Market Regulation (MiCA) has officially been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

Earlier in May, the Council of the European Union, representing 27 member states, unanimously approved the Crypto Assets Market Regulation (MiCA). MiCA requires crypto companies such as wallet providers and trading platforms to seek operating licenses and mandates that stablecoin issuers hold appropriate reserves. (Source link)
