The Arbitrum community will conduct on-chain voting for proposals AIP-1.1 and AIP-1.2 starting from June 10
ChainCatcher news, the Ethereum Layer2 network Arbitrum officially announced that the AIP-1.1 and AIP-1.2 proposals will open on-chain voting on the Tally platform at midnight on June 10 and will end on June 24.
Proposal AIP-1.1 suggests placing the remaining 700 million ARB of the foundation in "smart contract controlled lockup," unlocking over four years. According to the proposal, the foundation will not be able to use the tokens until the community members approve the token allocation budget. Additionally, the Arbitrum Foundation has released a transparency report on how the organization was established.
Proposal AIP-1.2 aims to modify several governance documents of the Arbitrum ecosystem, including lowering the threshold of ARB tokens required to submit improvement proposals on-chain from 5 million to 1 million. (source link)
