Cereal breakfast brand Kellogg submits NFT trademark application for its subsidiary brand

ChainCatcher news, global cereal and snack manufacturing giant Kellogg has submitted NFT trademark applications to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for its 12 subsidiary brands, including Froot Loops, Special K, Kellogg's, Pop-Tarts, Cheez-It, Rice Krispies, Krave, Eggo, Mini Wheats, Bear Naked, Frosted Flakes, and Pringles. Kellogg mentioned in the trademark applications that they will use their products in "online virtual worlds," such as various cereals, breakfast bars, and snacks being made into NFTs. (source link)
