Former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal has been officially served with the lawsuit in the FTX class action case again
ChainCatcher news, according to The Wall Street Journal, Adam Moskowitz, the lawyer representing FTX investors, served legal documents related to the FTX class action lawsuit to former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal again on Tuesday during Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals at the Kaseya Center in Miami (formerly known as the FTX Arena) and informed him that he has been sued.
Earlier reports indicated that O'Neal was sued for promoting FTX, and lawyers had been searching for him for months. The process servers had been working hard to formally notify O'Neal that he was a target of the lawsuit; he was subsequently formally served with the FTX class action lawsuit in April, requiring him to appear in federal court.
