Filecoin Foundation: Opposes the SEC's Classification of FIL as Securities

The Filecoin Foundation describes its blockchain network as "a decentralized, peer-to-peer network for storing files," and emphasizes that FIL is not a security.
The foundation added, "Over the past decade, thousands of people around the world have contributed to this open-source project, including hundreds of organizations and teams built on the network, thousands of storage providers, and 13,000 GitHub contributors." (source link)
