ChainCatcher news, according to local Montenegrin media Pobjeda, after the court agreed to a bail of €400,000 ($436,000), Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon will be released from prison while awaiting trial. His accomplice Hon Chand Jun will also be released on a bail of €400,000.

The defendants also promised that if granted bail, they would not hide before the end of the criminal proceedings, they would regularly respond to court summons, and they would be contacted at the address provided by their defense attorney. According to the defendants, in addition to bail, measures were established to ensure the defendants' presence and the smooth conduct of the proceedings, which included a prohibition on leaving their apartment, a measure that the court deemed to replace detention.

It is reported that the prosecution opposed the above proposal, pointing out that the amount offered does not guarantee the defendants' presence, and that the defendants have no interest in staying within Montenegro. They also noted that there were no conditions established for monitoring measures. The dissatisfied party has the right to appeal the (court) decision within three days. (source link)
