Reuters: SBF requests U.S. judge to dismiss criminal charges from prosecutors
ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters, former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) requested on Monday that a U.S. judge dismiss the criminal charges against him. In a filing submitted to the Manhattan federal court, SBF's lawyers stated that several of the charges failed to properly articulate the criminal conduct. Prosecutors must respond to Bankman-Fried's dismissal request by May 29, and U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan will hear arguments on June 15. (source link)
