ChainCatcher news, according to on-chain analyst Yu Jin's monitoring, the whale at address 0xb154 transferred 21,000 ETH (approximately 39.26 million USD) and 2.76 million ARB (approximately 3.37 million USD) to Binance at 1:10 AM today, after which ETH began to decline starting at 1:30 AM. In addition, this whale was also the seller at the last ARB peak: on April 16, it transferred 9.94 million ARB to Binance for sale, and then withdrew 5,985 ETH from Binance. (source link)
