OKX announced a compensation plan for the issue of being unable to cancel orders when SUI went live, with compensation amounts to be distributed within 3 working days
ChainCatcher news, OKX has released a compensation plan for the issue of being unable to cancel orders when SUI went live in its latest announcement. The scope of compensation includes users who placed buy orders during the call auction period and encountered the inability to cancel their orders, with the orders ultimately being successfully executed at a price above 1.3 USDT. The compensation amount = the final executed quantity of the user's call auction order × (average buy price of the order - 1.3) USDT. The compensation amount will be credited to eligible accounts within 3 working days.
Previously, in yesterday's news, Xu Mingxing stated that all customers who were unable to cancel their orders and purchased SUI at a price higher than 1.3 USDT would be compensated; subsequently, OKX announced that the SUI cancellation issue has been fully resolved and withdrawals have been reopened.
