The Voyager liquidation plan is expected to be submitted on May 5
ChainCatcher news, the Voyager Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC) stated that Voyager and the UCC are completing the liquidation process, which is expected to be submitted on May 5. The liquidation process will detail the procedure for creditors to receive distributions. After the liquidation process is submitted, parties will have 10 days to raise objections. If there are no objections, the plan will "go into effect." If there are objections, the court will hold a hearing to consider the objections before the plan goes into effect.
Earlier, at the end of April, Voyager officially stated that it received a letter from Binance terminating the asset purchase agreement. Binance.US stated that this move was due to "the hostile and uncertain regulatory environment in the U.S. leading to an unpredictable operating environment, affecting the entire U.S. business community."
