We have felt that the narrative of Hong Kong's Web3 is focusing on Onchain Real World Assets, which may be the most correct and feasible path for Hong Kong in the journey of the crypto economy towards the next era of digital civilization.

However, we still believe that this is not enough for Hong Kong to become a global crypto center, especially during this significant transitional era of the crypto economy towards a digital society------we believe that blockchain will provide a better order and rules in the digital civilization society for both AI and the mapping of physical social human DID, but during this transitional phase, there are still competitive elements related to sovereignty, ethnicity, and other beliefs in the real world.

Therefore, ThePrimediaDAO not only focuses on the mainstream narrative of the integration of the crypto market and the real world in Hong Kong at this stage, but we are also paying attention to the role, function, and value of Onchain Native Assets in the process of the crypto economy towards a digital society.

We believe that in the grand narrative of "AI + Web3" over the next twenty years, we must have a sense of urgency regarding important issues related to human survival and development, including the planning of intelligent network governance of AI through blockchain/Web3, as well as the survival paradigm of physical social humans in the digital society DID after being "laid off by AI"… Who can occupy the high ground in these areas will determine the position of this "sovereignty, ethnicity, and other belief-based organizational forms" in the transitional era.

After a series of discussions on "Why Talking About 'AI Threats' Again is Alarmist" involving blockchain/Web3 building digital social governance, we focus on the survival paradigm of humans after being "laid off by AI," and Web3 social enters our vision (the reason why it is Web3 social will be discussed in the first part). This article will attempt to analyze the value logic and survival rules of Web3 "community and users" in the digital society using CrossSpace as an example.

1. Value: The Overlooked Universal Solution

We will first briefly introduce a typical practice case of Web3 social over a period of time:

Perhaps due to the overcorrection from the previous cycle of gamefi and socialfi, the current focus of web3 social is on decentralized anti-censorship and the ownership of content/relationships, intentionally or unintentionally deviating from the narrative of the web3 value internet. Even if there are some actions capturing and interacting with value through independent protocols, without forming the narrative of the entire social value network, it still lacks significant meaning.

Of course, it is fine to care about decentralized anti-censorship and the ownership of content/relationships, but this is merely a reflection of the troubles of the real world projected onto the Web3 world, believing that solving these problems will lead to a better world. This is an important narrative of blockchain, but it also somewhat deviates from the narrative of the web3 value internet, straying from the mainstream narrative that we can take the crypto economy towards a digital society.

We need to re-examine the role and function of web3 social in the narrative of the value internet------in the process of "AI + web3" jointly constructing humanity's iterative evolution towards the digital world, we must rely on the value internet to solve the value and survival of individuals (DID) and organizations (DAO) in the digital civilization society; and web3 social is the closest path to a universally applicable solution for everyone.

During the writing of this article, CrossSpace organized a space discussion titled "Expectations for CrossSpace's Assets," and we will continue to elaborate on this.

2. Rules: Community Survival of Consensus and Anti-Consensus

CrossSpace is meeting the needs of Web3 users at both the individual (DID) level and the organizational (DAO and Web3 application community) level, ensuring that community and DAO governance is orderly, equipped with all the elements of community management.

CrossSpace provides various tools for community managers, such as Role Based Access Control features similar to Discord; public domain sections with forum functionalities akin to Reddit; and an AIGC-driven NFT honor system… However, if you think CrossSpace is just a community management tool, you are mistaken. You can glimpse its ambition from its SBT/NFT and the mechanism CrossSpace brings to users for asset acquisition.

In the crypto world, communities (various types of DAOs and different Web3 application communities) are the mainstream organizational forms and the main venues for DID behavioral contributions and value capture------or it can be said that the source of digital social user assets primarily lies in the tokenization of community behavioral contributions.

However, not all communities possess value capture capabilities------for example, in a "anti-consensus" position at the forefront of new scientific theories, they require commercial monetization that transcends the times to have economic value capture capabilities, whether in the physical world or in the digital society.

Every significant advancement in human civilization is accompanied by sporadic "anti-consensus" practices, but in the digital civilization order we are about to embrace, "anti-consensus" will exist as a norm. From a micro perspective, DAOs are the opposite of traditional corporate structures, and "anti-consensus" is reflected in this iterative process; from a macro perspective, DID's existence in the digital civilization ecosystem no longer relies on organizations based on consensus (such as governments, enterprises, etc.).

In CrossSpace, communities that form consensus and have their own TOKEN models, as well as "anti-consensus" communities that lack value capture capabilities, can both adapt to the social assetization narrative of the Web3 value internet------in short, CrossSpace possesses a value capture logic that universalizes Web3 communities. More corresponding functions and mechanisms will be presented in successive version iterations; its full picture is not what you see now.

3. Iteration: The "Onchain Native Assets" Model

For Web3 community managers, managing and motivating community members from diverse backgrounds and solidifying social assets is a new proposition; for Web3 participants, managing their identities, contributions, and tasks in different communities is also an extremely cumbersome task.

Therefore, within the aforementioned framework of community social assetization, it must be specifically implemented for each DID user to complete the path of universal social assetization in the digital society Web3------all effective behaviors of users can be TOKEN/assetized.

Based on the value capture logic of universalizing Web3 communities, CrossSpace provides a gamified social and collaborative experience, enabling users to engage in decentralized collaboration across communities without boundaries, allowing users' contributions in different communities to enter the CrossSpace NFT points system, thereby achieving DID individuals' social assetization in CrossSpace, and CrossSpace subsequently completes the user's "Onchain Native Assets" model.

Hong Kong is solidifying the narrative of "Onchain Real Assets"------the Hong Kong government compares the $1 trillion market of virtual currencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, using tokenization to enhance the liquidity of various assets, including bonds, real estate, and alternative assets, represents a trillion-dollar opportunity.

As a representative local Web3 social project in Hong Kong, it is necessary to analyze the relationship between "Onchain Real Assets" and "Onchain Native Assets"------we believe that the Hong Kong government's narrative of "Onchain Real Assets" is a significant boon for the crypto economic ecosystem, as DeFi has already reached its peak, while the native Web3 track of the crypto economic market is still in its very early stages. Leveraging "Onchain Real Assets" may potentially transition DeFi from a zero-sum financial speculation game to a capital allocation phase empowering Web3 applications.

Therefore, as mentioned at the beginning, the narrative of "Onchain Real Assets" should not be the end goal. It should be the most valuable and feasible path for Hong Kong's current crypto narrative------behind seizing the trillion-dollar opportunity of Onchain Real World Assets, there should also be a focus on the role of Onchain Native Assets in the more grand narrative of "AI + Web3" regarding the survival paradigm of "digital society DID," which concerns our position in this epic process of "the journey of the crypto economy towards the next era of digital civilization."
CrossSpace has already begun the practice of a universal solution for the survival paradigm of "digital society DID" in the context of this grand era. Of course, Web3 social and CrossSpace are just a feasible track and a typical case of practice, and this theme deserves our continued attention, looking forward to more crypto ecosystem builders participating in this process.
