Gemini's non-U.S. derivatives platform, Gemini Foundation, has officially launched in 30 countries/regions

ChainCatcher news, the U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange Gemini announced that its non-U.S. derivatives platform, Gemini Foundation, has officially launched BTC/GUSD perpetual contract trading in 30 countries/regions including Singapore, Hong Kong, India, Argentina, the Bahamas, and Bermuda. In the coming months, Gemini Foundation will expand its derivatives offerings with additional perpetual contracts, dated futures, and options trading. Currently, this derivative product is not available in the U.S., U.K., or EU.

Previously reported, Gemini revealed plans to launch a derivatives platform overseas at the end of April. Its first product will be Bitcoin perpetual contracts priced in GUSD. Following that, Ethereum perpetual contracts priced in GUSD will also be launched. (source link)
