ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, Web3 Ventures Inc. has announced the launch of a non-brokered financing, with Insomnia Labs founder Billy Huang joining its advisory board as the first member.

It is reported that Web3 Ventures Inc. is raising a maximum total amount of CAD 1,000,000, and this round of financing is expected to be completed around June 30, 2023, but the company reserves the right to change the scale of the financing. (source link)
