WeChat video accounts and mini programs now support digital RMB payments
ChainCatcher news, the official WeChat public account WeChat派 announced that, starting today, WeChat users can enable "WeChat Pay" under the wallet quick payment feature in the Digital Renminbi APP, selecting to push the wallet of any operating institution—such as WeBank (WeChat Pay)—to WeChat Pay, allowing transactions in digital renminbi with merchants supporting digital renminbi in the video account and mini-program scenarios.
