According to ChainCatcher news and the official announcement, Binance is about to launch its 31st Launchpad project [Open Campus](https://www.rootdata.com/zh/Projects/detail/Open Campus?k=NzY4Ng==) (EDU) and will open a BNB special session. This sale will be based on the investment model, and Binance will determine the user's investment limit based on the user's average daily BNB holdings over a 5-day period.
