EOS launches EOS EVM mainnet testnet

ChainCatcher news, the EOS Foundation has deployed the EOS EVM testnet on its mainnet, following the launch of the testnet at the end of last month.

Yves La Rose, founder of the EOS Network Foundation, stated: "Our goal is to create an interoperable future that bridges the gap between blockchains, developers, and users. With EOS EVM, Ethereum developers and users can now more easily take advantage of the EOS network's low fees, ultra-fast speeds, and reliability. EOS EVM is a significant milestone that represents our commitment to a multi-chain future."

It is reported that the goal of EOS EVM is to become the industry's highest-performing and most compatible EVM. Additionally, EOS Network Ventures recently announced a $20 million investment for GameFi and EOS EVM projects. (source link)
