ChainCatcher news, Forbes released the 2023 Billionaires List, with Bernard Arnault, Chairman and CEO of luxury goods giant LVMH, becoming the new global richest person. Elon Musk, CEO of Twitter and Tesla, lost the title of the world's richest person after the high-priced acquisition of Twitter, while Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao dropped significantly from last year's 19th place to 167th. FTX co-founders SBF and Gary Wang also fell off the list, and previously, Alex Atallah, founder of the NFT marketplace OpenSea, saw a rapid decline in assets due to the significant downturn in the crypto market.
