0xScope: An EOA address has held over 59 million ARB, possibly the Upbit hot wallet address

ChainCatcher news, according to monitoring by 0xScope Protocol, the EOA address starting with 0xf7F46 has accumulated a large amount of ARB in the past day, currently holding over 59 million, worth approximately 84.4 million USD. 0xScope stated, "Activity data shows that this address may be an Upbit hot wallet address; if this speculation is correct, then the amount of ARB held by the Upbit platform will be second only to Binance."
