Reuters: Former CEO of Binance.US hires former CFTC enforcement chief as legal counsel
ChainCatcher news, according to Reuters citing sources, former Binance.US CEO Catherine Coley has hired James McDonald, former head of enforcement at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and founder of Sullivan & Cromwell, as her attorney to represent her in the CFTC's investigation into Binance.
