Sushi DAO received a subpoena from the U.S. SEC
ChainCatcher news, the Sushi DAO community revealed that Sushi DAO and its CEO Jared Grey have received a subpoena from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
A proposal to establish a "Sushi DAO Legal Defense Fund" was posted in the Jared Grey community, which will provide 3 million USDT to cover legal fees for core contributors. Additionally, he stated, "We are cooperating with the SEC. We do not intend to publicly comment on the ongoing investigation or other legal matters." (CoinDesk)
