"Xinghuo·Chain Network" backbone node in Baotou officially launched, Bubi Technology helps Inner Mongolia strengthen new infrastructure

On March 18, the Baotou Digital Economy and Cybersecurity High-end Seminar and the Northern Qichuan Technology Innovation Park Innovation Forum were held in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. The Industrial Internet and Internet of Things Research Institute of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as "CAICT"), the Baotou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the government of the Kundulun District, and the Baotou Digital Science Institute jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement for the construction of backbone nodes. Bubi Technology, as the technology supplier, will provide technical support throughout the construction of the backbone node in Baotou. This signing also marks the official establishment of Inner Mongolia's first "Spark·Chain Network" backbone node.

Attending the ceremony were Wang Xiulian, a member of the Baotou Municipal Government Party Leadership Group and a first-level inspector; Ren Huiping, President of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology; Jin Yongli, Secretary of the District Committee; Tian Hongcheng, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee and District Mayor; Peng Xiaodong, Chairman of the Municipal Association for Science and Technology; Yang Jun, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau; and Wang Jing, Senior Vice President of Bubi Technology.

At the meeting, Wang Jing, Senior Vice President of Bubi Technology, delivered a keynote speech on the theme of "Spark Chain Network + Digital Industrial Financial Service System." Wang Jing stated that industrial finance has become a major national development strategy. The Spark Industrial Finance Platform is a new type of infrastructure for industrial finance based on the Spark·Chain Network and is an organic component of the backbone node construction in Baotou. Industrial financial services will provide important support for deepening the transformation of upstream and downstream businesses in different industrial chains in Inner Mongolia. At the same time, it will efficiently collaborate with public service platforms such as supply chain traceability management and regional industrial chain networks, forming a virtuous digital economy ecosystem, building a complete new infrastructure system, enhancing public service capabilities in Inner Mongolia, and promoting the digital upgrade of local industries.

It is understood that on August 30, 2020, with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the national blockchain new infrastructure led by CAICT, the "Spark·Chain Network," was officially launched. Currently, the construction of the "Spark·Chain Network" has entered an acceleration phase, with work on super nodes, backbone nodes, and licensed connections actively progressing.

As the first "Spark·Chain Network" backbone node in Inner Mongolia, the "Spark·Chain Network" backbone node (Baotou) is built based on the current situation of local industrial economic development and the pain points of industry development, establishing public service platforms such as supply chain traceability management, industrial financial services, and regional industrial chain networks based on the backbone node. In the future, with the establishment of the "Spark·Chain Network" (Baotou) backbone node, it will strongly promote the application of scenarios such as traceability of agricultural and livestock products and food in Inner Mongolia, cross-regional digital trading market services for agricultural products, and digital cooking collaboration for prepared dishes, driving the digital economy construction of the industrial chain and fully leveraging the engine role of new infrastructure.

Wang Jing stated that currently, the national food processing and catering industry is in the process of industrialization and digitization. Relying on the coverage of the "Spark Chain Network" nodes will effectively enhance the radiation range of the prepared dishes industry in Baotou and even the entire Inner Mongolia, thereby driving the digitalization level of the local food processing and catering industry, promoting the automation and intelligence of production and processing equipment, the informatization of supply chain management, and the standardization and refinement of the food industry, pushing digital agriculture and the prepared dishes industry into the era of digital shared economy.
