ChainCatcher news, the MakerDAO community has initiated a PSM parameter standardization poll. Proposal option one is to diversify the stablecoin reserves of the Peg Stability Module (PSM) to mitigate risks and enhance the resilience of stablecoin liquidity. Option two is to maintain USDC as the primary reserve. Currently, the voting approval rate for option two is 60.24%. The voting will end on March 23 at 00:00.

Option two aims to maintain USDC as Maker's primary liquidity reserve by eliminating the fee for converting USDC to DAI. For the USDC PSM, the proposed parameters are to reduce the swap fee for converting USDC to DAI from 1% to 0%, and to increase the target available debt from 250 million DAI to 400 million DAI.
