ChainCatcher news, blockchain startup R3 is in the process of raising $150 million, which is not yet completed but has made good progress and "will close in early New Year."

According to a report by Reuters last month, R3, which has over 70 financial institutions as member banks, had to reduce its initial funding target from $200 million to $150 million. Although more than 90% of its original 42 bank members expressed interest in investing, initial participants Goldman Sachs and Santander decided to withdraw and not participate in this round of funding. Current members of R3 include JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, and Thomson Reuters. (source link)
