Salesforce develops new Web3 products to expand services such as NFTs
ChainCatcher news, Salesforce recently announced that it is expanding its customer service, including an NFT loyalty program. Its newly launched Web3 product suite will help companies build, manage NFTs, and integrate them into their businesses. The new platform will also support Web3 development through its customer service product Customer360.
In addition, Salesforce Web3 is launching Web3 Connect, an API integration service that allows for in-depth exploration of Web2 and Web3 as customers leverage these new technologies.
Salesforce also released NFT Management, a platform that allows companies to create and monitor their NFT collections and blockchain data through the Salesforce interface. (Source link)
