ChainCatcher news, according to Barron's report, Silicon Valley Bank CEO Greg Becker sold 12,451 shares of Silicon Valley Bank's parent company SVB Financial Group (SIVB) for $3.6 million on February 27, at an average price of $287.42 per share.

According to the forms he submitted to the U.S. SEC, he also acquired the same number of shares through stock options at $105.18 per share on the same day. The option exercise and stock sale mean that Becker's ownership in SVB shares remains unchanged. The documents show that both transactions were conducted through a trust controlled by him, and these options will expire on May 2. (Source link)
