Why Ask DAO Chang'an
Xi'an, as the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties, is a world-renowned historical and cultural city, a tourist city. It possesses an unparalleled rich history and cultural heritage. The atmosphere of trendy cultures such as cultural creativity, digital collections, rock, and rap is strong.
Xi'an has eight double first-class universities and a student population of over one million. On January 14, 2023, it was approved as a national "dual center city" ------ "Science and Technology Innovation Center" and "Comprehensive National Science Center," becoming the fourth approved city/region after Beijing, Shanghai, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Who is Asking
The Ask DAO Chang'an Web3 Digital Art Festival is initiated by Tang DAO and co-hosted by Xi'an Cultural and Technological Entrepreneurship City, Xi'an OKIN Tuanzi, Qujiang Cuihua Li, Zhi Qi Ran Lab, Mars DAO, OVT Hubs, Changsha DAO, WEB3TIME, AM DAO.
TangDAO is a decentralized autonomous organization initiated by the brand agency Zhi Qi Ran LAB, the Web3 social media community WEB3TIME, and deep practitioners of Web3 in Xi'an along with Chinese culture enthusiasts. TangDAO will integrate existing internal resources, expand external resources, and, based in Xi'an, radiate globally with the bond of Tang culture, connecting the global Chinese power in Web3, creating a Chinese cultural DAO brand through various forms of content and activities such as digital art education, project incubation, and domestic and international events.

The event is located in China. Xi'an. Qujiang. Cuihua Li, less than one kilometer from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, adjacent to popular commercial and cultural attractions such as Xi'an Joy City, Shaanxi History Museum, and the Great Tang All Day Mall, covering densely populated areas and well-developed transportation routes including Shaanxi Normal University and Xi'an University of Finance and Economics.
Metro: Lines 2 and 4 run through, near Wei Yi Street Station, Big Wild Goose Pagoda Station, and Great Tang Furong Garden Station.

Digital Art Exhibition
The exhibition gathers artists, communities, DAOs, cultural IPs, technology applications, PFPs, installation art, and other forms, highlighting the experience of exhibitors, aiming to fully express the entire narrative framework of WEB3.
Unlike the traditional exhibition format of art museums, this art festival's exhibition will be constructed in the park space, transforming the old space into a new form, emphasizing the autonomy of exhibitors and the Web3 exhibition value. Visitors and exhibitors will participate with a questioning mindset, jointly exploring and answering together.
Industry Summit
The summit will deeply interpret and convey the idea that "technology makes art more valuable," focusing on industry trends, technological iterations, community operations, cross-border integration, policy compliance, and capital connections, providing a learning and resource connection space for Web3 practitioners.
