Alpha Transform Holdings will launch two digital asset-related funds with a total asset management scale of 100 million USD
ChainCatcher news, Transform Ventures has co-invested in the holding company Alpha Transform Holdings (ATH) to accelerate blockchain investment and innovation. ATH was created by merging certain assets of the parent companies of Transform Ventures and Alpha Sigma Capital, and will launch two asset management funds with a total size of $100 million, namely the Alpha Liquid Fund and the Aegean Venture Fund.
According to ATH's official website, the Alpha Liquid Fund will exclusively invest in digital assets, while the Aegean Venture Fund will invest in private equity in the fields of artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital assets. (Source link)
