BitDAO's L2 network Mantle proposes to establish a $200 million Web3 ecosystem fund
ChainCatcher news, the Ethereum Layer 2 network Mantle Core developed by the BitDAO ecosystem submitted a proposal on February 26 at BitDAO's governance forum to establish a $200 million Web3 ecosystem fund, Mantle EcoFund, aimed at promoting the adoption of the Mantle network by developers and Dapps.
It is reported that the BitDAO treasury will provide $100 million in USD tokens, and another $100 million will be provided by external matching capital from "strategic risk partners." If approved, the Mantle EcoFund and risk partners will participate in projects at a 1:1 co-investment ratio. Funds that have expressed interest in participating include Dragonfly Capital, Pantera, Folium Ventures, Play Ventures Future Fund, Spartan, Lemniscap, Selini Capital, Cadenza Ventures, and QCP Capital.
