Dapper Labs plans to lay off 20% of its workforce
ChainCatcher news, according to a document obtained by The Block, Dapper Labs has decided to lay off 20% of its full-time employees. In an email to investors on Wednesday, Dapper Labs CEO Roham Gharegozlou announced the "company restructuring" and layoffs. Gharegozlou also stated that the company is "in good cash position with no outstanding debt."
Due to the early success of NBA Top Shot, Dapper Labs was once hailed as one of the leading NFT companies, with a valuation reaching $7.6 billion. ChainCatcher previously reported that in November 2022, Dapper Labs had laid off 20%. (source link)
