The Network State Hackathon, co-hosted by Mask Network and Matchbox, was held online from February 10 to 20, culminating in a successful Demo Day on February 20. This hackathon received support from Starkware and its core ecosystem projects, as well as from the Mask Network social ecosystem.
During the hackathon, over 200 participants registered, with developers coming from various regions around the world, including China, India, the United States, Nigeria, Japan, Singapore, and more. After a scoring review, 18 outstanding projects utilizing the development tools provided by sponsors were selected to participate in this Demo Day.
Web3 is built on new methods of human collaboration, enabling individuals to create their own communities, currencies, and even nations in the cyber world. The exploration of games and labor, data and information, economy and entertainment in cyberspace constructs a vision of a new utopia for thinkers in the digital age. The sponsors of this hackathon provided over $50,000 in prizes to attract global developers to build the next generation of games, social networks, and creator economies.

Civia the Social Wallet - Gold Prize
Civia the Social Wallet is a wallet prototype developed based on Starkware's account abstraction support and Argent code, featuring social recovery and social graphs. This wallet can be used not only for cryptocurrency transactions but also supports social scenarios. In Civia, users install the app at the invitation of friends and become "guardians" of their social recovery. Users can also follow their friends through the wallet, and these on-chain activities will create the user's social graph.
Mind Network - Silver Prize & KNN3 Bounty
Mind Network provides a decentralized data lake that implements privacy protection, maximizing data availability without sacrificing privacy. Mind Network is built by a group of world-class experts on cutting-edge encryption and privacy computing technologies.
During this hackathon, Mind Network implemented the sharing of private photos on SocialFi. Through Mind Network, user stories have been reformed:
- Only encrypted photos can be publicly shared and accessed. Original photos are not accessible and cannot be leaked.
- Important information (such as facial encoding) is encrypted. Only authorized users can access permission-based important information.
- Just as access permissions are decentralized, the AI model is decentralized and secure.
W3.work is a decentralized social metaverse for Web3.0 professionals that significantly enhances the efficiency of social activities, remote work, and community interaction for Web3.0 teams. Key highlights include:

Builder Card is an ID system based on SBT designed for the Network State.
In the Network State, each member must create and maintain an ID card containing their personal information. The ID Card is non-transferable and non-sellable, which is why Buidler Card is designed as an SBT.
In the future, Builder Card plans to integrate with RSS3 and .bit, rewrite the Smart Contract, and deploy it on StarkNet for a better experience and lower gas fees for updating personal information.
