ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, BNB Chain's Growth Director Alvin Kan announced its technical roadmap, stating that the overall goal for 2023 is the new L2 infrastructure zkBNB and the EVM compatibility and mainnet launch of BNB Greenfield (blockchain-based Web3 infrastructure).
As part of the 2023 roadmap, BNB Chain indicated that its goal is to increase the number of validators from 29 to over 100. The blockchain plans to raise its throughput from a 140 million gas limit and 2200 TPS to a 300 million gas limit and 5000 TPS. (source link)
